Port services & Development

 
The Ports Services and Development division is one of the main business units in our group. Al Blagha owns two companies under this division; International Ports Services “IPS” – which operates the container terminal of King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam since 1997, and part of Alexandria International Container Terminal “AICT” – which operates both Alexandria and Al Dakheela container terminals in Egypt.
IPS is a joint venture with Hutchison Port Holding of Hong Kong. We have the pioneer role of developing Dammam port to be the leading Container Terminal in the Port of Dammam. In all productivity and efficiency measures, IPS ranks among the best in the region.
